This website provides general information about Studio Solano, its design services, experience, process, and selected project work.
The website is intended for informational and promotional purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes professional design, architectural, engineering, construction, legal, financial, or other advice.
2. NO CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
Visiting the website, submitting an inquiry, or requesting portfolio access does not create a designer-client, consultant-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with Studio Solano.
A professional relationship is created only after Studio Solano and the client enter into a separate written agreement. Any design services will be governed by that agreement, including its scope, fees, schedule, responsibilities, limitations, and other terms.
Studio Solano is not obligated to accept any project, inquiry, or portfolio-access request.
3. PORTFOLIO ACCESS
Certain portfolio content may be restricted and available only after a visitor submits an access request.
Studio Solano may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke portfolio access at its discretion. If a password, private link, or other access credential is provided, it is intended solely for the approved recipient and may not be shared, published, transferred, or distributed without written permission.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, visitors may not:
• Share portfolio passwords or private links
• Download, copy, record, reproduce, or distribute restricted portfolio materials
• Capture or circulate screenshots of restricted content

These Terms do not replace or modify any separate written agreement for professional design or consulting services. If a conflict exists, the separately signed service agreement will control with respect to those services.
